Where did Positivity come from?

Positivity is based on DBT, STEPPS, ACTivate your life, Stress relief and Anna Savery's life experience.

You can find out all about the influences that have shaped positivity. The things that have spured me on and given me the drive and determination that I have needed to keep going when I was having doubts. When the toxic thoughts nearly made me forget it all and I needed to know I was doing the right thing. The articles and videos that have let me know that people really need positivity right now.
