The influences that helped shape Positivity.
How positivity was shaped
As well as the courses DBT, STEPPS, Activate your life and Stress Control. There have been many positive influences in my life, that have helped shape Positivity including courses, books, videos, film, music, TV, blogs, newspaper and magazines articles. There have also been many amazing people and sources spurring me on. These are some of my sources.
Wow what a book.
Where do I start, well all I can say is that this book confirmed to me that positivity can really help people. Here is a book by a psychiatrist who can back it up with research what he is saying. How as they call it healthy thinking, I call it positivity. Can change whole societies, but it has to start with 1 person. So here I am. I highly recommend this book to anyone with an interest in psychology, mental health or just living a healthy fulfilled life.
Online Articles backing up what I am saying and inspiring me to carry on.

Kathy Burke: Money Talks
What a great look at the rich poor divide. Kathy Burke grew up in great poverty but now has a few quid in the bank. She can see that poverty is a problem for many, and it's only getting worse. The gap between rich and poor needs to become less. This show highlights the huge difference but with a different spin than normal.
Pay it Forward
This really was a life changing film for me. Pay it forward is one of the premises of Positivity. Doing something kind for someone, without the exception of anything in return is really an awesome feeling. A random act of kindness and all you ask in return is that they pay it forward by doing a random act of kindness to 3 others. You see how quickly it can spread. It's not all hearts and rRose's though. (Spoiler alert, if you are a crier like me have a box of tissues at hand.)
